Are you ready to build the kind of confidence to say

I help women build the internal confidence to stop people-pleasing, stop second-guessing, and finally create a life that actually feels like theirs.

This is the real shit, the kind that starts in your body and ripples into how you speak, move, say no, hold boundaries, and lead your damn life.

You don’t need to become someone new, you just need to remember who you were before the doubt, the pressure, the people-pleasing kicked in.

And then, we rebuild everything around her.

Hey I’m Jess

I’m your go to confidence and embodiment mentor, ex-paramedic, wife and girl mum. I have been described as a classy bogan but I’m also a bit of a barefoot preacher.

I help women stop second-guessing themselves and start living like they actually fkn mean it. No more performing and no more playing nice. Just full-body, deeply felt, this-is-who-I-am energy.

If you’ve lost yourself trying to hold it all together, I’ve been there.

I wasn’t always this version of me.

For a long time, I built my identity around being impressive.
I became a paramedic chasing validation and control… and ended up completely disconnected from myself.

Then motherhood cracked me open like nothing else.

Postpartum wrecked me - rage, grief, numbness, and shame hit me like a freight train.

This became the catalyst for everything I do now.

Since then, I’ve been doing the messy work of unlearning who the world told me to be, and helping other women do the same.

Now, I create spaces for women to stop second-guessing themselves, take up space, speak the truth, and build a life that actually feels like theirs.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sounds like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.

We’re here for the

real work.

The kind that gets under your skin (in the best way).
The kind that wakes up the woman you were before the world told you who to be.

Inside my spaces, we do things differently.
We feel the feelings.
We say the thing.
We stop performing and start rebuilding from the inside out.

This is space to:
🔥 Come home to your voice and your body
🔥 Let go of the shit that’s been keeping you small
🔥 Reconnect with the version of you who actually feels like you
🔥 Create a life that fits, not one built to be liked

If you’re done biting your tongue, shape-shifting to keep the peace, and questioning if you’re “too much”...

You’re just ready.
