Refund policy

All ticket purchases for events hosted by Jessica Jane are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased.

Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, such as event cancellation or significant date changes, Jessica Jane will notify ticket holders and provide appropriate options, including rescheduling or credits towards future events.

Reselling Tickets
If you are unable to attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us at hello@jessjane.com.au to update attendee details.
